We are still looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers to help with our Annual Celebrate For Good St Patrick's Day Party with a Purpose fundraising event on March 14, 2026. You can join a planning team or volunteer to help the day of the event. We know your time is valuable but we would be grateful for any amount you can give to help us deliver a memorable event for our community and make a positive impact in the lives of women in need.

  • Volunteer Coordinator

    The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, scheduling, training, and managing all event-day volunteers for activities ranging from setup/breakdown, cornhole tournament, silent auction, dinner service, etc. This is a large event that requires dozens of volunteers but we have a committed group of regular volunteers that support us year after year but we are always looking for new volunteers to join in the fun.

  • Silent Auction Coordinator

    The Silent Auction Coordinator will be responsible for soliciting and securing valuable auction items and experiences from new and previous community partners. You'll also handle all item tracking, display setup, and final winner coordination on event day. This annual event has several repeat silent auction donors that support us year after year but we are always looking for new sponsors.

  • Marketing & Merch Coordinator

    IThe Marketing & Merchandise Coordinator will liason with the printer/tshirt vendors, contribute to design and creation of branded tshirts, distribute flyers and other marketing related duties. We have an amazing in-kind sponsors that do our printing and a new tshirt partner but we are always open to expanding partnerships in our community.

  • Beverage Coordinator

    As Beverages Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the strategic planning and supply of all event beverages. Your key tasks will involve calculating required volumes of beer and wine and securing valuable in-kind sponsorships to cover those costs. You will also manage the entire operational setup, ensuring the beer truck, wine, and water stations are ready to go, fully stocked throughout the event, and properly managed through final breakdown and cleanup. This annual event has several repeat breweries and restaurants that support us year after year but we are always looking for new sponsors.
