How it Works
Mom’s in need can apply for funding through our program by submitting an application that outlines their specific needs and estimated costs. A designated family member or friend can apply on the Mom’s behalf.
Applications should clearly outline how the funds will be utilized to ensure a fair assessment of their request.
Funds provided to Mom may be used for:
Childcare or household assistance during treatment
Emergency financial support (rent, utilities, medical expenses, etc.)
Transportation services to doctors appointments
Meal and grocery delivery services
